This is my second list of Warsaw bars — this time about cocktails, plus a few wine bars and one craft beer bar. My own saved places were mostly beer bars (they're in the best bars in Warsaw), so nearly every address here comes from travel guides and bar rankings. I checked each on Google: open, rated 4.4 or higher. A couple of famous cocktail bars from older lists, Kita Koguta and Woda Ognista, are permanently closed according to Google, so they're not here. I don't have my own notes yet — the descriptions are put together from Google Maps reviews.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.9 from 1,300+): an intimate cocktail bar you enter by ringing a bell at the door. The menu sorts cocktails by body and flavour, so it's easy to find yours, and there are mocktails. Reviewers praise the spicy margarita and the house creations, the bartenders and the playlist. It's small — book. On the downside, some found it overhyped, with a queue at the door and a crowd inside.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.5 from 1,400+): a small bar on Krakowskie Przedmieście, on the way to the Old Town, with comfy outdoor seats. Fairly priced cocktails, with pizza (the carbonara gets praise) and sweet potato fries on the side. At weekends there's live music — guitar and vocals. Easy to get a seat in the afternoon; it fills up by evening.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.4 from 4,100+): a lounge at the top of the Marriott across from the Pałac Kultury — cocktails, a DJ or live music, sushi and mains. Reviewers advise coming at sunset and booking a table: without one, the queue can top an hour. The view is on one side of the room only, so a table at the back may miss it. Prices are above the Warsaw average — you're paying for the view.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.6 from 900+): a jazz club in the basement levels of the Nobu hotel — good acoustics, live gigs and cocktails. Tables can't be booked ahead, so arrive early. The cheese snacks get praise, though a 70 zł (≈$18) cheese plate struck one guest as tiny. Service can be very slow, and guests aren't always told it's seat-yourself.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.5 from 1,300+): a wine bar with modern Polish food on Próżna, by Plac Grzybowski. Reviewers praise the wine pairings, beef tartare, cold borscht, lightly smoked sturgeon and a potato starter. Service is professional but not especially warm; one couple with a booking was put in a side room away from the main hall. Closed on Sunday.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.6 from 1,600+): a wine bar where you pick a bottle off the shelves with the staff instead of from a list. Inside it's a narrow corridor with the kitchen right by the door and several separate rooms, plus a courtyard in summer. Reviewers praise the tartare and the sommelier's pairings; some find the food bland. The entrance is tricky to find — it's through a car park.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.5 from 1,500+): a wine bar inside a big wine shop — over 400 wines, and you can take a bottle off the shelf and open it here. With the wine come soups, cheese plates, duck and desserts; staff get praise for their wine advice. There are tastings too. On the downside, one harsh review complains of inflated wine prices, a small pasta portion and a deposit for a group booking.

According to Google Maps reviews (4.6 from 1,700+): a small craft beer bar in the Old Town, a few steps from the Rynek. Ten taps that rotate often, and a second room across the street with its own line-up. Reviewers especially praise the fruity sours, the light pizza and the knowledgeable bar staff. There's little besides beer and juice, and on a weeknight it can be empty and flat.
One last thing
Book El Koktel and Panorama Sky Bar ahead, and get to Jassmine before the gig starts, since tables there can't be reserved. El Koktel is closed on Monday, and Kieliszki na Próżnej and alewino on Sunday — for a Sunday evening that leaves Klar, Mielżyński (until 18:00) and Same Krafty.
