These terms cover the website vova.world and Vova World Publisher, a private tool that connects TikTok to the operator's content workflow. Both are run by Vladimir (Vova) Varov, the operator. Using either means you accept these terms. Contact: vlad@cozy.ventures.
Vova World Publisher
- What it does. The app uploads the operator's own videos to his own TikTok account, reads statistics about those videos, and helps him manage his content and reply to comments.
- Who may use it. Only the operator, on accounts he owns. The app is not offered to other TikTok users.
- TikTok's rules apply. Everything published through the app follows TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms. Nothing is posted without the account owner's consent, and the app does not automate likes, follows or messages.
- Content. The operator is responsible for every video and caption he publishes, and holds the rights to it, including any music.
- Revoking access. Access can be removed at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy โ Security โ Apps and services.
- Data. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
The vova.world website
- Content. Articles, photos, videos and code on the site belong to the operator unless credited otherwise (for example Wikimedia Commons photos, under their own licences). You may link to and quote them with attribution; please ask before republishing them in full.
- Things you post. You keep the rights to what you post in the guestbook, Paint gallery, scores or music player, and you allow the site to display it. Post only what you have the right to share. Spam, illegal, hateful or infringing content is removed, and the operator may remove anything at his discretion.
- Travel information. Guides reflect personal experience and public reviews on the date shown. Prices, opening hours and places change; check before you go.
- Links. External sites are not under the operator's control.
No warranty
The site and the app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version is published here with a new date. Continued use means you accept it.
