This policy covers two things run by Vladimir (Vova) Varov, the operator: the website vova.world and Vova World Publisher, a private tool that connects his own TikTok account to his own content workflow. Questions go to vlad@cozy.ventures.
Vova World Publisher (TikTok)
Vova World Publisher is a personal tool. It is used by one person, the operator, to publish his own videos to his own TikTok account and to read how they perform. It is not offered to the public and does not sign in other TikTok users.
What it accesses
When the operator authorises the app through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok shares only the data allowed by the scopes he approves:
- Basic profile: open ID, display name and avatar, to confirm which account is connected.
- Account and video statistics: follower, like and video counts, and per-video views, likes, comments and shares, to track how videos perform.
- Video list: titles, captions, cover images, links and publish dates of videos on the connected account.
- Content posting: permission to upload videos and their captions to the connected account, as drafts or as posts.
- Comments, where TikTok makes this available: public comments on the operator's own videos, so he can read and answer his audience.
How it is used
- To upload and publish the operator's own videos.
- To build private performance reports for the operator.
- To help the operator plan content and reply to comments on his own videos.
The data is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with data brokers, and never used to profile individual TikTok users.
Where it is stored
Access tokens and statistics are stored on the operator's own computer and server, and are not published. Performance numbers may be processed by AI tools the operator uses (for example Claude by Anthropic) only to produce his own reports. Comments by other users are read only to reply to them and are not stored beyond what that requires.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until access is revoked. Statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for reports. You can revoke the app's access at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services. To have any data about you deleted, email vlad@cozy.ventures; requests are handled within 30 days.
The vova.world website
What it collects
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica measure visits (pages, device, approximate location). They load only after you accept the cookie banner. Yandex Metrica's session replay records page interactions, not what you type in fields.
- Things you post. The guestbook, survey, high-score tables, paintings and music uploads store what you enter (a name, a message, a file) plus your IP address and the time, to prevent spam.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and debugging.
- Local storage. Your browser keeps small preferences (game settings, your chosen name). They never leave your device.
Sharing
Analytics data is processed by Google and Yandex under their own privacy policies. Nothing else is shared or sold. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean in the Netherlands.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete data about you, or object to its use, by emailing vlad@cozy.ventures. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's cookies; the banner will ask again.
Children
Neither the site nor the app is directed at children under 13, and neither knowingly collects their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
